SHIPPING 

Processing Time: Each item is made to order and takes approximately 2-5 business days to complete and prepare for shipping. These times may vary during holiday seasons. If you are concerned about your items arriving on time feel free to contact us for a better estimate.

Shipping: All orders include free domestic standard USPS shipping within the United States. They generally arrive within 2-5 business days of ship date. We have an express option available for an additional shipping cost. Feel free to contact us if you have any special shipping or delivery requests.
 
Pick Up: If you live in Bend, Oregon you can select "Pick Up" in checkout. You will receive an email once your order is ready with further instructions on the pick up location and opening hours. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns: Returns are only available for items that are received damaged or incorrect compared to the original order. All returns must be requested within 10 days of item delivery. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Exchanges: If you are not one hundred percent satisfied with an item, we will be glad to offer an exchange within 10 days of item delivery. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs and increased price differences. All items must be returned AS NEW in their original packaging within 10 days of exchange approval.

Conditions of Returns and Exchanges: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We recommend issuing a tracking number and insuring the package in case of damages incurred during shipping. Please contact us for further information.
